Cindy DiRosa Cindy played an integral part in the opening of Quanta’s U.S. office in 2001. Since then, she has held a leadership role with the company. In over 20 years in the staffing industry, Cindy has worked in virtually every capacity. That experience, coupled with her expertise in sales management and education, give Cindy the rare skills to meet the needs of both clients and candidates. She excels at offering the creative staffing solutions that today’s marketplace demands. Job seekers and companies alike also appreciate her for her energy, enthusiasm, exceptional work ethic, and leadership skills. |

Alicia Jamison Alicia was also a key contributor of starting and building Quanta in the United States. With over 20 years’ experience in staffing, Alicia has placed thousands of professionals throughout her career in jobs within the following industries: Automotive, Aviation, Factory Automation & Robotics, Architectural Engineering and Design, and Information Technology. Having spent so much time in a full-cycle role within the industry, today Alicia recruits, leads and trains internal personnel of Quanta to see the same, or better, level of success. |

Ricardo Martins Few placement specialists understand jobs in aviation better than Ricardo Martins. He has held inspection and lead supervisory/management roles, has worked as a structural technician and has experience in light and heavy aero structure modification as well as Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO). His 25 years of hand-on technical expertise combined with his experience in the staffing industry make him uniquely qualified to lead our aviation staffing division, and to serve the needs of clients and job seekers. |
